It is not that comfortable. Doea not go as far back as it should. Easy to put together.

Do not believe when it says expect delivery in 1-2 business days. Mine took almost one week. And I have Amazon Prime!Very disappointed in the delivery process! The matirial of the chair is very poor quality. Not to satisfied.

I'm absolutely devastated. I saved up money for this chair and it's even worse than the broke down piece of garbage that I was replacing. This thing is hard and uncomfortable with no cushion at all. It doesn't recline properly, and the neck pillow just gets in the way when trying to sit up. The lumbar pillow is a hard little joke too. It was also missing the plastic for the base, washers were the wrong size and the directions for assembly were incorrect. I am so mad and will be trying to return this trash asap.UPDATE: If you have begun assembly of this chair, you will not be able to return it. Some parts, once snapped together, will not come back apart, making it impossible to rebox. If you are unable to rebox it, and do not have access to gigantic refrigerator size boxes, UPS will NOT pick up or accept the item, no matter what Amazon customer service agents tell you. After Amazon wasted money on sending UPS drivers to my house to pick up an item that they could not and would not pick up, I finally got through to a supervisor who manually refunded the defective chair, but this was a few days of hassles I really did not need. Thankfully my trash company can do large item pickup, but everyone may not be so lucky and this was really poorly handled by the agents before the supervisor intervened.

Easy assembly, looks very nice

Gaming chair is good quality, large, and comfortable. Perfect Christmas gift for our Son's this year. We bought two, one red and one blue for both of our boys.
