Item is not the real spanx. So disappointed.

It arrived damaged...in the package!
The product has a 1 inch snag/tear in the back. It arrived broken even though it looked like it was in original package. I would like replacement product.

Order a size smaller
I wasn't sure of what size to order so ordered based on the size chart and it is too big - still works okay but I wish I had immediately asked for a refund after wearing it the first time. I am a size 18/20 and ordered a 2X (XXL) and really need an extra large. It will be harder to get on but you need that as this one being too big rolls a bit and doesn't hold my stomach in like it needs and goes up under my boobs - not comfortable.
