Nice and fresh,delicious flavor.

I wanted a grated parmesan without the animal enzymes because while I eat cheese, eggs, don't eat meat products even avoiding gelatin capsules (which, unless noted, are made from pork or bovine byproducts). TASTE - I LIKE THE TASTE and TEXTURE! because let's face it, no matter if it meets certain requirements, if it doesn't taste good, what's the point? SODIUM - I use it in lieu of salt on most things. Like it better and can use quite a bit and still low sodium. PRICE - NOT bad for the quality. It's just ME using it but I still go through about one a week because I use it on just about EVERYTHING, eggs, pasta, potatoes. BOTTOMLINE: UNLESS quality changes or price goes way up, THIS will be my grated parm from now on because checks all the boxes, including not having the enzymes coming from an animal's insides.

This cheese is wonderful. I feel in love with my forst order and was sold and still am. The knock down on one star is die to my second order tasting old and was unedible. I was lazy so threw it away. I all order again but will contact the seller to put in a request. As other reviewers have stated the taste is excellent and I find I use very little so it last a long time. All in all in so happy I found this brand. Hopefully, this was just one bad batch. I will update in the future. But with one out of two orders being unedible I'll always order with a seller note.

I've been eating Kraft Parmesan cheese since the 50's, and I assumed that I was getting a superior product. Not so; no so. I just sprinkled some in my hand as I was "dusting" some tomatoes to shove in the oven. I swear, I feel like I just tasted Parmesan cheese for the first time. I've been eating filler and sawdust for years, and didn't know it. I will definitely continue to order this product. Can't wait to try it on other foods.

This is not the typical Grated Parmesan Cheese you get from a fast food restuarant or local restuarant. It is grass fed and aged Parmesan Cheese that cannot be compared to a Kraft brand. It will fill you up. I sprinkled some on my pasta, and after eating it, I felt full and satisfied. Don't treat this brand of Grated Parmesan Cheese like a typical brand either. Keep it refrigerated right after openning it and using it to keep it fresh for long. Don't leave it in your kitchen Cupboard. The only thing I don't like is that it does not seem like there is much Parmesan Cheese in the bottle or maybe it is just me. I felt like they could have added more Parmesan Cheese past the half way mark of the bottle so it seemed like a full bottle of Parmesan Cheese.

Two orders in a row, bad expiration date. Amazon Rep tried to tell me that all cheese expires in time so they couldn't refund me. I then spoke to the Team Leader or Supervisor for the night and did eventually get a refund. I was not happy though. It was 3:30am that I finally went to bed, all over cheese and trying to get a refund that should have been given no questions asked, but I even took photos on the spot for them etc... Confirmed their receiving the photos of the date and repeatedly told them I needed to get to bed. The rep said no refund would be given without verification of the expiration and then like I said it even escalated to a supervisor. I did mention that I had a long time history with them and I was a prime member. Whoopie Do Da ;-(

I started buying this cheese at a local grocery because it seemed to sell quickly while other brands languished. Eventually, it was discontinued but by then, I wouldn't buy any other pre-grated Parmesan cheese. Fortunately, I found it on Amazon and have ordered it about half a dozen times in the past year. Some buyers say they've had quality issues, but my orders have always been fresh and the taste is uniformly excellent. I usually order two containers at a time and refrigerate them both immediately, even though I only open one. On one occasion I noticed a less than secure seal under the lid, but the most recent delivery had a tight, uncompromised seal and the taste and texture in the new batch was no different than the jar I was finishing off from 6 weeks ago. So glad I found this product.

Great product, but bad idea to buy at amazon, reason that it was too hot on the day of the delivery. We liked the product so much that we got 2 of them, but they both got blue and moldy with the time it took in transaction and delivery with the weather being hot. Its a great product to buy in store. Wonder if amazon would refund the money or take care of delivery with perishable items.....something to improve on for online purchases.
