Set of 4 USAQ 8520 Coreless Brushed Motor 8.5x20mm 53,000rpm 65mm Propeller Set

I used one to replace the tail motor/prop on my Extreme S-8G helicopter. The original motor and propeller blades are more than 2 times the size so I thought I would have to use 2 of these to move enough air but these are very powerful little motors and well shaped/designed props! In fact just one of these moves much more air than the original ones do and weigh much less too, the original weighs 15 grams and these weigh just 6 grams, and every gram of weight removed improves the helicopters performance, so I'm very happy and impressed with how well they work..And I have 3 extras for back-up too!

These motors seem like the perfect fit for a little RC plane. I’m having trouble finding a proper ESC for a small brushed motor like this. I bought a small 1A speed controller but it seems to brown out as soon as I’m on half throttle. If anyone knows a good ESC for a small plane please comment.

These are some strong motors. They worked well for a stove fan project. Connect them to a AA battery and it's scary how fast they turn, and that's not even their full rated voltage.

Props are useless (too big for any 8520 frame I know of..maybe for a plane?), but I got the pack for the motors and I've bought them 3 times now. Great motors for brushed 8520 quads. Not sure if their Chaoli's or not, but I abuse them quite a bit and they are about as responsive as you can get. Don't seem any worse or better than the so called "dark" 8520's or the racerstar ones you can find at another site...

i bought these motors for a mini ac130 project and after finding out they dont like 1s i swappeed to a 2s and these motors haul at 1/2 throttle the plane wanted to take off. however from the picture in the description i thought they would be bigger they are about 1/2 inch long and 1/4 wide but super powerful and cheap
