Worked perfectly!
I was stuck trying to get my old cartridge out and I didn’t have one of those puller tools. The old one was in there good. Then I read and realized that little white plastic part wasn’t just to protect the new cartridge, it was a cartridge removal tool too. It pays to read, lol. I place it on the old one and turned until the seal broke and I was able to twist and eventually pull and it came right out. The new part fit flush and no more leaking water. Don’t throw that little white plastic bit away!

Not sure if it's a legit item
This looked like the piece but it must have been a cheaper lower quality version. Did not come with lubricant so when piece was placed and I needed to adjust it did not come out the stopper got jammed and it took me a few hours to take out, piece got damaged. Went to local hardware store found one and that one went in smoothly with no lubricant nothing.

Perfect fit
I bought this with the uncertainty after reading reviews of the fit people say that it leaked but after receiving it I installed it. It works perfect. No leaks no problem. Word to the wise if you can’t install this properly. You will have leaks everybody’s not DIYer.

Worked as described.
I was hesitant to buy this product as first as I was thinking I should be buying the original Moen cartridge instead of another brand replacement. However, I took my chance with this one. The product worked as described and my shower no longer leaks. I am very happy with this product so far. I hope the quality will last as long as the original Moen cartridge.

It worked
Hey for13 bucks this part worked...the leak from the shower 🚿 head has totally stopped. I specifically bought this product because it came with the lube to put on the rubber and O ring and after taking the only 2 year original part out it was apparent the builder plumber never used the synthetic lube on the original part.
