Hand measurements were 4.25 do I go medium or large

Are these waterproof or good for OCR?

material seems stiff and would restrict you from grabbing a bar or dumbell completely. is that true? what do you NOT likea bout these?

These are my favorites. The material is indeed substantial, and that seems to clearly be by design. I have no issue grabbing a bar or bell, in fact i think they actually help. One thing that isn’t the greatest for me is that the plastic o-ring for the wrist strap can align on top of my wrist bone and be uncomfortable. I simply twist it slightly before a lift to ensure it’s aligned where it’s most comfortable
