Are these waterproof or good for OCR?

They are not waterproof and Im sorry but not sure what OCR is?

They can wrap pretty tight and small, but without knowing your circumference of your wrist, it would be hard to tell. We offer 30 day returns so you can always order it and if it doesn't fit send it back for a full refund.

material seems stiff and would restrict you from grabbing a bar or dumbell completely. is that true? what do you NOT likea bout these?

These are my favorites. The material is indeed substantial, and that seems to clearly be by design. I have no issue grabbing a bar or bell, in fact i think they actually help. One thing that isn’t the greatest for me is that the plastic o-ring for the wrist strap can align on top of my wrist bone and be uncomfortable. I simply twist it slightly before a lift to ensure it’s aligned where it’s most comfortable

Comfortable and high quality

I wish I had these years ago! These are comfortable and high quality! This is the second product I have gotten from Jerkfit and won't be the last. I can feel the wrist support as soon as I put them on. Flexible and sturdy. I have extremely soft hands and this could have saved me alot of discomfort if I had them when I first started working out.
