The Cons: Limited Color Options: It would be nice if there were more color options available in the Big & Tall sizes, but the current selection is still very good. We managed to pick these jeans up on a deal, which made them an even better purchase. My husband has always struggled to find jeans that fit his tall frame well, but these Levi’s 501 Original Fit Jeans have solved that problem. The fit is excellent, and the quality of the fabric means they’ll last a long time. He feels confident and comfortable in them, which is a big win. More choices in colors, and quantity of sz 40/36, my husband is 6'5", so finding his length in any of Levi's supplies is very limiting.

These aren't the quality of the Selvedge Denim of the past, but they're a close second if prepared and cared for properly. Proper preparation and care still produce that vintage faded patina that was the hallmark of the original Selvedge Jeans. You can still attain that vintage look with a little extra work when braking them in.

We have purchased Levi's shrink to fit for over 30 years in indigo. Thought to try the black shrink to fit....what a mistake. The fabric is totally different from the indigo. When you wash the jeans with fabric softener it crinkles up like a raisin and you get wrinkles in it everywhere. Put it in the dryer and it dries the wrinkles in. I used fabric softener in the wash and fabric sheets in the dryer each time. It looks really bad even after using a steamer and an iron. They are also not shrinking up to fit and we purchased the same exact size as the indigo shrink to fit. Absolutely horrible I would not recommend this to anyone.

Fast shipping. I thought i was ordering the navy blue but got black. Also, the quality of at least the jeans i received has gone down the way they were made a long time ago but this is not a bad reflection on the seller. Thinner denim and lower quality stitching. Will still continue to order.
