If a decent sound from a small portable system is what you want then this is ideal. The speaker is compact and has proven very durable. The sound is well balanced and perfectly judged. They have not overdone the bass so it remains tuneful and controlled and therfore will not be as pronounced or go as deep as a larger speaker. This can be compensated for somewhat by placing the speaker close to a wall or in a corner if you want a bit more oomph. The treble compliments the bass focusing on detail and a natural reproduction rather than pushing he limits of the frequency extremes. To say the speaker has been designed for the best reproduction within the limitations of its size sounds a bit underwhelming, but it is exactly why it is so good. Battery life is also excellent and while there is an app it is not necessary. Very god value for money and recommended

This speaker is excellent. The sound quality is amazing for the price range. I like that all the ports have covers to keep it protected. I bought this to use as my car speaker, as mine is broken. It has usbc charging so it charges my phone and plays sound on the road. It does the job of giving me good sound and phone charging at the same time. I will no doubt use this in the home too. Connects first time. Very robust. The only negative is the 12 hour battery life is a stretch. I've been getting 6-8, including phone charging. If you are looking for a small speaker, give this a try. I've tried lots under £40 and this is best by far. Great sound, usbc charging and acts as a battery pack.

I mostly listen to podcasts and audiobooks and my hearing is not so good anymore. I find that the exrra bass most manufacturers put on cheap speakers distorts voices, which means I often have difficulty understanding what is being said. This Tribit speaker is has less built-in bass than others I have tried in a similar price range. It has a built-in equaliser with a speech setting that has improved my listening no end and it also has a simple adjustable equaliser that I can use to make speech even clearer. I have tried listening to classical and pop music using the built-in equaliser settings and the sound seemed good but I have not tried listening at full volume. While it is not Bang and Olfsen quality this speaker is very good quality for a reasonable price and is quite powerful for such a small, handy unit.

The Tribit Bluetooth Portable Speaker - I have to say I am very impressed with. For a compact size it has a great sound. Has good highs and midrange which are clean and clear. Liking the sound of the bass on this speaker for it's size. Includes a EG which is in the Tribit App and can be adjusted to your own personal taste. Sound quality, compact, solid build and connectivity all great. This will make the third bluetoothspeaker I own by Tribit. I am a very "Happy Customer." - I would highly recommend this Tribit StormBox Micro 2 Bluetooth speaker...

Excellent sound, and very loud. The speaker looks smart and is fit for travel as well. The box the speaker came in was good, you could always use it to travel with. The reviews are correct it's a very good speaker that will be used a lot no doubt. Very long battery life and quick charging was noticeable straight away.

So - It’s a really good item with a fab battery and easy to use and to connect to. The volume is loud and there’s v little distortion. The bass is ok but could be a little clearer. The minor gripe is that it’s mono only which isn’t great but for listening to the radio when I’m in the shower it’s perfect. I’ve barely charged it and seems to last forever. My mini Bose speaker is a lot clearer but this is waterproof, functional and does the job - even with music streamed from my phone so I’d give it a big thumbs up. Just be aware that it does have minor shortcomings (mono/bass not completely clear) but it is very good. I’d buy one again.

This has been bought as a gift, so the recipient has not received it yet. However, my review is based on the fact I've heard it 'in action' as it was recommended to me. I was able to see it's small, compact, and lightweight size and hear the amazing volume that came from such a small device. The sound was incredible, and there was definitely no distortion on high volume. I was so impressed, I obviously bought it. Well recommended.

Simple and easy to use speaker that delivers lovely mellow base sound. About the size of a beefburger so very portable. The battery charges really quickly and then lasts all day and a bit more. Connects real quick to your devices. Has 3 large control buttons on top, + or - volume & pause; this makes it an ideal companion when working in the office as you quickly turn volume up or down. I didn't realise when buying it that it also acts as a speaker if you have a call coming in on your mobile phone! You can instantly toggle that off if required through your phones call answering screen. In summary, this well exceeds my expectations, especially when considering the relatively low cost.

Owned it for I think two years now. I used to bring a big speaker with me for Moto camping and wanted something a bit smaller without compromising battery life/sound. This thing is absolutely perfect, sounds super loud (not even for its size, just in general) and tons of battery life. Fantastic.
