Bottle had sealed plastic around the lid and a paper seal inside the lid, so you can be sure it's not tampered with. If you've not tried this supp before, try it when you don't have anywhere to be or a 1-2 hours before bed. Everyone may respond a little different, but for me (highly sensitive to supps), it was extremely relaxing, even with the first dose. Toothpick for size reference. Do your research (PEA + effects on anandamide), and speak with your Dr, especially if you have preexisting conditions. This supp does what's advertised and is worth a try. Keep in mind if Amazon has to wait for it to ship to an east coast warehouse, that will likely add 3 days to total shipping time. Still worth buying through Amazon because I wouldn't have met the free shipping minimum on the direct buy website with this order.

I've been taking this for a year now. I have interstitial cystitis with hunners lesions, I have been in pain almost constantly for nearly 10 years because of it. For a year now (since starting this supplement) I have not had a single flare up. It took about a month for it to work, and about two months before I realized that it was a direct result of this supplement, because when I stopped taking it the pain returned. I started off taking two a day but now I only need one a day. If you have IC and notice a "flare" while taking this I urge you to invest in test strips. Every time I thought it was a flare since starting this it ended up being a real UTI. This has changed my life. I can be a real mom and wife again. I still avoid trigger foods, but mostly out of fear, even when I do mess up though I don't get pain from it. ❤️ Please give it a try. Just talk to your doctor if you are unsure.

I may switch to a brand that also includes luteolin with the PEA. From what I've read the combination works better for sciatica. But at least no tummy upset with these. Capsules are easy to swallow. We're all different and these may be great for you, but I'm personally not seeing results.

I gave this PEA a 4-star rating simply because I have not noticed any pain relief from it over the past many months I've taken it, originally and primarily for pain. HOWEVER, and it's a BIG one, I have noticed a substantial reduction in the frequency of LEG cramps I get, the result of two severe and intractable spinal issues, arachnoiditis and ascetic sciatica. And while the price of this PEA is astromomical, the leg cramps were so frequent and so uncompromising that a ~ 10-fold reduction in frequency is quite essential for QofL.

I don’t even know where to start. This is in my top 5 favorite supplements on earth. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It helps with my mood. I didn’t buy it to enhance my mood though. I bought it to help with some pain I had with neuropathy. It helps with the pain AND helps with my mood. It also gives me energy but not in a jittery way. One day I took it before a workout. During the workout, I noticed that I had significantly more strength than normal. I don’t understand what this pill is or what it does but it’s freaking awesome. Every morning, I give my husband vitamins and supplements. I’m always researching nutrition and I do my best to keep me & my family healthy. I added this pill to his morning vitamin intake cup one day. He took it and came back to me two hours later asking me what i had put in there that was different and telling me he felt great. The same thing happened with my 18 year old son. He was studying for finals. He was really stressed out. I gave him one of these and a pill called L-Theanine. He came back a few hours later and said, “Whatever you gave me really just helped me.” I said, “Right?!!” This supplement is better than prescription meds. I hate prescription meds.
