Gym Fitness LAT Pulldown Attachments, Fat Arm Wrestling Exercise D Handle Cable Attachment, Arm Lifting Deadlift Handle Grip for Finger Wrist Strength

This handle is exactly what I expected. Built well. Feels really strong. Smooth rotation. Simple item that works precisely as it should.

I bought this instead of IronMind's Rolling Thunder and I'm glad I did. For the price this thing is an absolute steal. It feels really well made, rotates easily, and gives you everything you need to train your grip. The handle is knurled and pretty thick so your grip will be challenged enough to strengthen it! I'd definitely recommend this

For a relatively inexpensive cup handle it’s definitely worth the money

I cannot recommend this item enough. It is, basically, a very simple handle, but it is built like a tank and does its job very well. I see no reason why this item shouldn't be a one time purchase that would last your lifetime. This company makes a smaller diameter version of this handle if your hands are smaller (This review is for the larger diameter handle), but if your hand is large enough, I HIGHLY recommend that you purchase and use this larger size handle. Using a larger diameter handle forces you to intensify your grip which has the added benefits of exercising your forearms and, therefore, increasing your overall grip strength. Whenever possible, I recommend that you use larger diameter grip conversion items which are available cheaply on Amazon. Anyway, I will absolutely be purchasing more of these larger diameter handles to convert all of my other pieces of equipment exercise equipment that are applicable.

This was a great addition to my home gym for forearm training. Quality is great.

Very solid nice piece. Great value. The grip part is plastic and not much 'knurl' to it but for the $ this is good value. Grip is a little fatter than expected given there is one that is fatter. If this had a metal knurled handle it would be absolute FIRE. Of course it would cost much more too. Overall very good piece.

Heavy-duty, thick-grip training tools designed primarily to build extreme grip, wrist, and forearm strength. Very specialized addition to any home or commercial gym. Unlike standard gym cable handles that focus purely on isolating the back or chest, these handles convert every rep into an intense forearm workout. If you want to bypass the need for separate thick-grip rubber adapters (like Fat Gripz) and want a dedicated, indestructible tool, this is it. Your fingers and thumbs are forced into an open-hand position, targeting the deep flexors of the forearm. Great looking too.

Pretty good. Rotates well and is well made. Definitely recommend.

Robusto e costruito bene. Fa il suo dovere. Consigliato.

Muss man nichts zu sagen. Wirklich sehr gute Verarbeitung. Bin sehr froh, dass ich mir den Griff gekauft habe. Ideale Erweiterung!

Cette poignée fatgrip et idéale pour se construire des avant bras massif et un grip puissant . Le roulement est top.

Great feel, smooth action. Quality manufacturing. I would definitely recommend this product.

It spins very smoothly and has good grip. As other people said it is abit expensive but its still significantly less than buying a rolling thunder.
