I bought two bags, a lemon and an orange. There were 29 pieces in each bag.

No, these are the hard candies. If you want the gummy ones, search Amazon for Perle di Sole Orange Jellies.

Are the lemon good and sour and are the oranges ones good as well?

The orange are far more sour/tart than the lemon. I ordered lemon & was disappointed. Love lemon but they were nowhere near as good as orange.
