It serves it's purpose.
This works for what I need it to do. The biggest reason I gave it a 3 star rating was the cheap junk screws that come with it. I broke one without much effort at all. It's a shame that a good product becomes mediocre product because of cheap screws. This is something that is preventable. And the extra it would cost is minimal. Why not make it a great product with some quality screws?

I use this to hang hangers on in the laundry. I hung it up under the shelf in laundry room. Keeps the hangers from taking up space on the shelf. Works great for that purpose.
