Our Original Powdered Peanut Butter does not have erythritol in it. -PB2 Foods Team

How long does it last once you mix it with water?

Not very long. I think it works best if you are using it in a smoothy. I have tried it for PB and J sandwiches and have been very disappointed with it. Good luck. Maybe you will be happier with this product than I have been.
