If you combine the heath benefits of green tea with almost the same amount of caffeine as coffee in a light, delicate tasting tea alternative that won’t irritate your bladder, this is perfect. It doesn’t taste fantastic, but definitely isn’t unpleasant either. It’s kind of like a bland green tea with no bitterness. It’s a healthier alternative way of delivering your morning caffeine shot.

First time tried this 'tea' and very nice tasting indeed, kinda woody rich flavour . I found that if you use stated amount that it was a little strong and gives you a bit if a buzz like strong coffee, so reduced. Very refreshing yet warm after taste.

I love this and have completely converted from being an Earl Grey and coffee drinker. I use two heaped Tbsp of leaves in a large teapot (1.5 L) each morning - not conventional but it works well for me. A sustained energy, mental alertness and appetite suppressant effect which makes fasting until lunchtime a breeze. Easy on my stomach and no jitters which I was increasingly experiencing with coffee.

Très très bien. Parfum et goût très agréable, pas d'amertume. Sincèrement, je fonctionnais au matcha, maintenant, je fonctionne au Matcha et Maté (!). Le Yerba maté bio est parfait, il a été envoyé rapidement, bel emballage, le tout très qualitatif.
