How high are the sides?

10 inch pan is about 1.3/4 inch high….. 8 inch pan is about 1.1/2 inch high….. By the way this is a great pan to have…..Enjoy…..

Does this pan lose the nonstick after a while? My other ceramic pans have.

HI, I can only attest to it so far. I have had them for a little bit now and so far the non-stick has not worn away but I have not had them too long. Right now they are AMAZING!
