The best chocolate. Who needs sugar when you have quality chocolate. Nice flavor and love the stone ground texture

First of all the shipping was so fast and packed in ice! Impressive. I wondered how chocolate would come unmelted! Bravo. Now for the chocolate. I loved it. I was searching for a 90%+ dark chocolate without much sugar that wasn't waxy like most of the brands in stores. I finally found one! This chocolate is rich and really good. I also loved the subtle crunch from the cocoa. If you are used to milk chocolate the taste is still quite shocking, as it is not sweet at all. But it isn't sour or bitter like most. And especially not waxy and fake feeling in the mouth. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good rich extra dark chocolate.

At first I thought it was a little bitter because I wasn't used to the dark chocolate without the extreme sweet taste but after I had it a few times in the limited quantity after a meal, I found the grit and taste to be an exceptional treat! This is my new favorite treat. The cost is a little much but if I use it as just a limited treat, it is my new favorite :)

The product is as advertised. It is a coarse-ground cacao with a very small amount of sugar which balances the bitterness without adding too much sweetness. It's not smooth milk chocolate. It's alkali-free high concentration cacao that has texture. I buy it because I enjoy this type of chocolate and I'm looking for the healthy benefits of concentrated cacao. This isn't a Hershey bar or Nestle Krunch. The product was shipped with a cold pack and arrived perfectly.

I really like Taza 95% chocolate bars but these come melted and re-solidified. Therefore, they do not look or taste like they normally would. Roasted cacao beans taste better than these bars in this condition. I don't recommend spending the money and having poor quality items arrive.

I love this chocolate! If you love dark chocolate, this is the best! I was unhappy with the delivery. It was shipped on an Thursday by ups with an ice pack, which is a great idea. However it was not delivered until Tuesday and it was 98 degrees so needless to say they were all very melted.

I love Lindt 95% chocolate bars and was looking for something similar. I eagerly opened and took my first bite... yuck! I hated it- the texture, the taste, the bitterness! I almost threw it away but gave another chance. Not quite as bad. Choked down the first bar over 10 days. Second bar- still didn’t love but it wasn’t so bad-sometimes actually tasted good! Now on bar #3. Hey, I like it! Still maybe not as much as Lindt but it is definitely healthier . Btw- I ate almost a quarter of the bar today- couldn’t stop!

Taza offers a unique chocolate experience that I highly recommend. The texture is an enjoyable gritty one that needs to be tried to be properly understood. I've never had a Taza product I didn't enjoy. As I tend to eat a low sugar diet in general, the 95% dark is perfect. The bitter is perfectly balanced by a light sweetness. I have had more complex chocolates, but it isn't bland. The texture, in my opinion, really makes this chocolate bar. My experience with the shipping was good. It looks as though Taza had a local chocolate/cheese company ship the chocolate to me, so it had a short journey to me. The local shop (shout out Caputo's) did a good job insulating the chocolate. I 100% appreciate that Taza did not have the chocolate shipped through an Amazon facility because so little care is put into shipping products from Amazon warehouses. It seems that some people have had issues with their orders being shipped properly, so I hope that this is a practice that Taza is implementing on a broad scale. For anyone concerned about this, I would recommend reaching out to Taza before ordering and seeing how your order would be handled.

Absolutely the best dark chocolate I have ever tried 😍😋

I am chocolate liver, and I wanted to try this brand, but I am disappointed. The one bar is too small, I did not taste any different from any other 95% of cocoa. This one costs 10$ for one bar, others will not exceed 4$. No thank you, will not buy it again.

A tad bitter. But great substitute for dark chocolate
