Damaged product
Twice it came with damaged and leaked the shampoo all over the packaging

Shampoo worth buying!
Hair feels silky and no frizz. No strong vinegar smell either! Great shampoo!

Good for less shedding
I've been using this shampoo for hair loss. I'm not sure if it makes hair grow back but I've noticed far less shedding as compared with major brand shampoos. Many don't offer much beyond pleasant scent.

Bottle wouldn't open, then it broke
I was excited to try this shampoo, but the bottle I got would not open properly. The spout didn't work. I asked the Amazon AI, such as it is, how to open the bottle, and the instructions I received did not apply to the bottle in my hands. It told me to hold onto a white ribbed section that did not seem to exist. It would not open and the spout broke with my effort. At least it comes with a spare cap. After using it, it IS a nice shampoo. It smells nice, and it felt good to use on my scalp. It's more liquidy than I expected.
