What a nice little iron. I love the look of it, which is why I bought it in the first place. Here is my experience: Pros: For a small iron it does the job just the same as those big ones from the store. The steamer is AMAZING! I was afraid the plastic resting pad would melt if I set the iron on it while it was hot, but no! Cons: It takes a while to cool down. I haven’t traveled with it; however, I couldn’t picture myself loading this into my luggage after using. It takes about 15-20mins to fully cool down. At home, once I’m done using it I just put on it’s resting pad and store it away. I don’t have to worry about it cooling down quickly. Heads up: 1. This iron does not rest like regular irons, you have to rest it face down on the ironing board or on it resting pad. Was a bit of an adjustment for me. 2. It comes with a standard length cord that does not roll up. For me, I just wrap the cord around the body of the iron and store it away on its resting pad. UPDATE: 10/22/23 Unfortunately today this iron just completely stopped working. Not sure why. I simply plugged it in as usual and it won't get hot anymore. Im not even going to bother reaching out to the seller because I purchased this back in January 2023. It just not even worth my time and effort. I won't be purchasing this item again. However, I loved this little portable iron. Too bad it gave out the way it did.

After trying this out on one garment I went to my closet to iron all the stuff that's been needing pressing for months. And it's done! The iron is small enough to be light but not so small you can't finish a shirt. It heats fast and gives off a lot of steam. It only has 3 settings, low heat, medium heat with steam if you push the button and high heat with steam option. For my purposes this is perfect. I do occasional ironing, a few items at a time and I will also do mending or alterations sometimes. I find it's perfect for sewing. I set it up next to me and turn it on and off as needed because it heats so fast...no need to keep it on while I work. The ironing plate is 6 1/4 x 2 5/8. About as big as my cell phone. I find that big enough to iron clothes yet small enough to fit in folds. It's pretty too!

Works well, heats quickly. Steams Great. Irons Great too. Does not sit up like traditional irons. Love the compact size

This steamer / iron is perfect. It's portable, was a great price, and even comes with ancover to sit it in when it's hot. So no more leaving your iron on the stove to cool, or hanging it on the wall and praying your house is still standing if the iron (God forbid) happens to fall onto the carpet or off the wall hanger.

I'm not sure why some reviews said their steam iron ran out of steam with only 1 shirt. I think people don't always read the Amazon product page. I read the whole page and scroll through each photo and video of the product I'm about to buy, THEN I read a lot of the reviews to see if there is a potential issue. I decided this product seems good for what I needed and I bought it. PRO 1, I needed a lightweight iron. 2, I needed a steam/iron. 3, I didn't need too many functions. CONS The heating plate is not wide. This iron doesn't have a wide base so it doesn't glide smoothly sometimes but it does the job. There is a steam button that you can press on the 2nd and 3rd heat setting that starts the steam. I find that when you are pressing for steam, press the steam button to shut steam off each time you adjust the shirt when ironing and it won't eat up all your water so fast. When you pick the iron back up to continue ironing, press the steam button to start the steaming again. I ironed 5 shirts and still had water left in the iron. I also kept a small spray bottle filled with water to spray on my clothes before ironing to help the steam get out wrinkles. This is an awesome little iron. Better than the previous heavy one I owned that practically killed my arms.

While this item is 3 years old, it was only used 5 or 6 times, and stored back in its box when not used. Unfortunately it has broke as the steamer function will not work.

As an interior designer, this iron is such a great find. I can use it on my clothes at home and pop it in my bag to take to client's houses to steam curtains or upholstery. Only cons would be that it runs through water quickly but it's not a huge deal. And there is a design flaw with the cord being on the bottom. You can't set it up like a traditional iron as you are using it. It comes with a little plastic stand but I still haven't figured out if you are supposed to use it to put the hot iron on or if it would melt it or cause an issue. So I have been laying the iron down on it's side on the ironing board to cool and don't go too far away from the iron when I am using it due to this issue. It's still a great iron though and I'm happy with my purchase.
