Fresh unsalted raw nuts. Raw nuts have higher fat content.
Peanuts are great. I was not aware raw peanuts had more fat. I ate them and the texture is different than roasted, softer. Wasn’t bad. Mostly I feed them to critters in the yard. I don’t want to make them obese with the higher fat content so I’m going back to roasted unsalted nuts. They were good sized nuts but didn’t cook them so not sure if that changes. But great nuts. Big bag if for human consumption.
