I didn’t think you could get this cheese in the uk, I had it in America and it just puts our cheddar to shame, so good, sooooo good

There's nothing like Monterey Jack when you want melty cheesy cooking. Easy way to purchase when you can't get locally. Arrived well packed and included ice packs, would consider the journey and delivery when ordering especially in the summer months. Stocking the freezer up, this pack will keep me going.

So, I accidentally bought 1kg of cheese... definitely more than I intended, but hey, go big or go home, right? It was a bit pricy, and when it arrived, it looked a little sweaty, like it had run a marathon on its way to me. Naturally, I did what any sensible person would do: threw it in the fridge and let someone else test it first (because safety first, right?). Good news: no one was poisoned! Once it passed the ‘human guinea pig’ test, I tried it in a burger, and wow, it melts like a dream! Seriously, one slice per bun? Nah, go for two (or five, if you're trying to make a dent in the 1kg supply). All in all, it's a tasty cheese, just a bit on the expensive side. Would definitely be easier to handle if it came in a smaller size. And maybe consider packing it with some ice for delivery because sweaty cheese is not the best first impression. But once chilled, it's a winner!

An easy to melt mild hard cheese that is a requirement if you are going to cook any Louisiana dishes. I find the quantity too large to eat before t goes off so I have to freeze some of each pack. If they could package in say a a 4 section pack that would be better.

Arrived sweaty nasty, chilled ok for a couple of days but didn’t last long. The half or quarter wheel are so much better.
