After trying a name brand bought from a local store that was very difficult to install and broke/was defective, I searched online and came across this keyless entry option. This was very easy to install, had a great look (which it looks just as good in person as in the picture) and gave me all the options I needed plus the fingerprint option. This took me less that 5 minutes to install. I would highly recommend this product.

So far, this is exactly what I was looking for and it was super easy to install. I was a bit worried that I wouldn't be able to figure it out and wouldn't be able to install it without help or power tools, but the process was so easy, and there's even a video to help with installation and programming! Trust me...if me and my friend could figure it out, you can too. I primarily wanted this model because I knew I did not want a 'smart' lock but wanted features that made this lock easy to use. The ability to program multiple codes is amazing, and the fingerprint is so convenient. (Note: Make sure you only program fingerprints that you trust to have access to your home at all times. To delete a fingerprint you have to scan that fingerprint again) The auto lock feature is great, so when my hands are full and I'm headed out the door, it is fast and locks itself right up. I got the silver and it looks very elegant and polished. I will update this review if anything changes, but so far am very pleased!

Exactly what I needed, and it works great! I’m surprised how well the fingerprint scanner works. It is accurate and fast. I think the only thing I don’t like is the way it locks, by pressing and holding any number button for a couple of seconds. It’s still not bad, I’m just used to my other lock that has a lock button. I like how the beeps can be turned off. It’s pretty quiet, works well, installs easily, is easily programmed, and a great price for what you get! I just hope it lasts…

*I’m increasing my rating from 3 to 4 stars because the company reached out to me and apologized for the problems I was having. First they offered a refund, then ignored that offer, sent a new unit instead. If they had provided the refund they initially offered I would have given 5 stars for excellent customer service in standing by their product. I would suggest to the company not to offer a refund then ignore it! I do consider myself lucky though to even get a replacement unit since I was well beyond the 30 day return window. So many others weren’t so lucky. Hopefully this new unit will perform better! ———————— This was great at first. It seems well made, is fairly easy to install (but we have done quite a few in the past), looks good, has simple controls and clear, easy to press manual buttons. But it locks way too fast and we have tried making the waiting time longer but it always seems to reset back to the minimum which is like five seconds, and the sequence of codes you have to enter to program this thing are ridiculous. If we don’t immediately close the door it will go crazy trying to lock over and over. It’s so annoying. It should have a bypass button, especially when you’re going to be in and out a lot working in the yard, etc. I was going to buy another one for our other door but not now. I want to note that we haven’t experienced the battery issues so many other reviewers have mentioned, and we’ve never been locked out due to malfunction!

We got this to replace a major name brand keypad deadbolt that was still working fine, but the finish had gotten bad and we wanted a new look (went from brass to satin nickel). We like this lock much better than the one we removed, and the Teeho is around half the price, even though it has many more features. Operation is pretty straightforward. The fingerprint reader works flawlessly so far. I like that it can hold so many fingerprints - way more than you'll need. I scanned several of my fingers so if I have one hand full I can use a different finger on a different hand. Very handy. I like the auto-lock feature also. Install was pretty easy, but you do have to make sure everything is perfectly aligned for it to work smoothly. The latch on our door was recessed a little too far so it didn't match either of the two setback distances perfectly. It was off by just enough that the operation wanted to bind, and it was difficult to operate. I had to put some washers behind the latch plate to shim it out just a bit, then it worked perfectly. The manual latch operator on the inside of the door is plastic. Would have preferred it to be metal. That's my only real minor gripe with it.

Nice fingerprint lock. Its worth every penny. Very easy to install and program.

I have bought 3 of these this year. Two for my house and one for my son’s house. They have been working great. Easy to install and reliable

This lock is great; I have purchased the simpler version of this lock several times. This is the first time that I have purchased one with WIFI capability and I will say it drains the batteries very quickly. I am going to take others' advice and order some better batteries and see how that does. Overall, I have no complaints with this lock and would recommend with the battery being the only caveat.

Works great, easy to install. This is my fourth Teeho deadbolt lock that I’ve purchased. Every one has been great, with no issues. I like the fingerprint sensor, it works very well, and scans without issues. Lots of options to program if you want, such as automatic locking, ability to create a one-use pass code, etc. Definitely a great value, and highly recommend.

Sick of fumbling for keys, or waiting for the person with the key so you can get in? This is the answer! Easy to fit in place of existing lock, and 5 minutes to set up pass codes and finger prints. Now I need one for the back door!! Highly recommend
