Whole beef tenderloin
So good I can’t describe. Same price as an uncooked tenderloin with ligaments. This has no ligaments, is cooked and seasoned. You just warm it up. Will def purchase again!!!!

Not worth the cost
Please be aware that the photo of the product advertised on Amazon is not the product you will receive. The weight of the ribs was supposed to be 3 lbs, the actual weight was 1.32 lbs of rib meat. The advertisement states that 8 sandwiches can be made, actually only 2 nice sized sandwiches could be made from the amount of meat that was delivered. For a cost of $102 with taxes, I feel like I got taken advantage of. I reached out to this company's customer service department on their business site and got no response. I emailed this company directly and got no response. I will post a photo of the ribs I received so you know exactly what you will receive. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Serves two
Delicious ribs -- the meat falls of the bones. Easy preparation using the bain-marie method, just plop the packaged ribs into boiling water for 20 minutes and, voila, a tasty meal is ready to serve. Extravagant but is Wagu. Serves two.

Worth it
All in all a good choice. It took a little more work to cook it than I thought it would, but the wonderful smell and taste made it all worth it.

Disappointed Christmas dinner
I will say the tenderloin was very tender but I would not say it was fine steakhouse quality and definitely not worth $100.
