I have a deviated septum. My nose is clogged up a lot in the evening. This is the best nasal spray I've ever tried even with a head cold it will shrink the sinus cavities to where I can breathe.

This really works! Clears up my stuffy nose at night so I can get to sleep. I highly recommend if you suffer from allergies that give you uncomfortable blocked nose.

As there is no means to indicate a negative number, consider this a negative five rating. My wife suffering from ragweed allergy bought two of these and could not open them. Directed to squeeze the bottom part then squeeze and turn from the top. I'm a former football player, and my hands are very strong. For the life of me, I could not open this thing no matter how I attempted. I finally had to get a pair of pliers to pull of the top and the lid. I then had to use heavy duty nail clippers to snip all the outer plastic on the bottom part. Then I used a knife to cut this away. After practically destroying the thing, I finally put it back together and then the sprayer would not spray when pushed down. In all this process, it leaked all over the place. Bottom Line: It matters not how good this stuff may be, getting it open and then using it is impossible. I am so furious I want to use a litany of superlatives (curse words) to discribe this nightmare, but I will use a military term, this is a total Charlie Foxtrot. Be Warned: DO NOT BUY THIS!

WARNING! Please whatever you do - read the instructions... I'm normally very good with reading the instructions, but a few years ago I had a really bad cold and was desperate to breathe. This worked marvelously with instant results. I couldn't believe it, as I had never used nasal spray before and was astounded by my results. The cold took about 5 days to abate, and I used this spray throughout that time. When I noticed my cold symptoms disappearing, but the nasal congestion lingering, I just thought it was allergies, and figured, since the spray worked so well for the cold - why not use it for the allergies? This was a mistake....what you may not know (as I didn't), is that you should only use this spray for a VERY LIMITED period of time, or you become dependent on it. I actually have something called rebound congestion when attempting to discontinue use. The sinus pressure is horrendous, and comes with teeth pain (from the pressure), headaches, bad sleep, etc. I also have a deviated septum, so that makes it worse. If I had decided to read the instructions on this box...a measly 5 minutes max, I never would've continued using this, as it has been almost 5 YEARS of being on this spray continuously....the longer you use it, the more the swelling you have after the spray wears off, causing you to use the spray more and more. This has been a complete nightmare and I would caution anyone who thinks of using this. It has had such a terrible impact on my life, as I am so dependent on it. I keep one with me at all times, and one by my bed. If I run out, especially if I need it in public, its world altering, as I'm now unable to even breathe. I will wake up in the middle of the night at times, if the spray wears off. This has been such a negative experience emotionally, financially, and I imagine physically. There's no telling what such an extended period of use of this product has done to my nose. These bottles litter my house in case I run out and need to squeeze the last little bit out of a bottle.

The spray works great the actual sprayer doesn't ever work right. I do not know why but the sprayer in these bottles just ends up not working properly and clicking when pressing it down which doesn't let it spray. It makes you waste it when trying to get it to work. Very cheaply made bottle for how the price keeps going up.

5 stars for the product but 0 stars for the new “child proof lock” on the cap. I can not get it to open no matter how hard i press and twist! Great product - I always keep on with me! It helps with any congestion from allergies to colds! but horrible new packaging design.

I dont know where to start and I am in disbelief. I had a MAJOR sinus infection and my nose was so congested where I thought I was going to die lol. I couldn't breathe FOR 3-4 DAYD and tried everything til I seen this. It worked IMMEDIATELY literally within 1-2mins I felt it. 3 sprays in each nostril and I was good and it lasted exactly 12-13hrs and my 2nd dose did the exact same. After 1.5 days I didn't need it anymore. I am SUPER SKEPTICAL about things especially when I feel my situation is severe and simple things like this are here. Im 100% a believer and trust me this ish WORKS. Mucus was coming out my nose and I started to cough it up as well. This product is a 10/10 hands down and I don't leave reviews unless its worth it but I had to share just in case someone else is having a major sinus congestion and cant breathe AT ALL.
