The blades are of very bad quality. The juicer jar is of new use as it doesn’t work properly. The description says that we can make idly dosa batter but the blades doesn’t work properly. Very disappointed by the purchase.

We’ve been using the Preethi Zodiac Cosmo 750W Mixer Grinder for around 6 months, and overall, it has been an excellent product. We regularly use it for grinding dosa and idli batter, along with our everyday kitchen needs, and it handles the work really well. The motor is a little noisy, but the performance is very good, and the mixer also gives a premium look and feel to the kitchen. The build quality feels sturdy, and Preethi’s warranty and service support are also reassuring. At around ₹14,000, it is definitely on the expensive side, but if you’re looking for a premium-looking mixer grinder with good performance and durability, this is definitely worth considering.

The delivered product was a very old stock(1.5 years old). There was no damage during delivery. The masterchef jar produced an unbearable sound that even ear plugs did not help even in an open kitchen. You can be sure to get an headache or ear pain when you use more than two minutes continuously. The slicing and cube cutter was good and worked as expected. Did not use the grater and chopper blade. Atta dough was ok. Normal mixer grinder was not that great and is average. The sound of this was a bit higher than the normal mixer grinder. The juicer was not up to the mark and lots of pulp was left as residue. The product developed crack in two places within one day of usage. So I returned it. The master chef jar seemed to be of cheap plastic. Also the lock mechanism is not that great. Its easy to lock but you need to keep a hand over the jar while grinding as the lock once gave away. Seems only a fancy product and not upto the expectation for the price we pay. This can be used along with compromises for a large family where lot of vegetables is required. The actual product is designed for a family of 4. But the time taken to wash the jars and maintain them is too high that we can chop vegetables in regular knife so that at least water and cleaning effort is saved. Overall a product which keeps up its promise without taking into account other factors. Can have in a sophisticated kitchen as a show piece. Not upto my expectation from Preethi.

My cook has been using this regularly for last 2.5 months and the value addition is mind blowing. The things that stand out for me are: 1. Cube dicers large and small. This actually felt like magic the first time I used it. 2. Kneader and chopper. This food processor is the incharge of all dough kneading at my home. Just that for phulkas, use hands to bring the dough together at the end, if there needs to be less water in the dough. Also try to not knead more than 500g at once. 3. Needless to say, the juicer. I had to make seedless pomegranate juice for all my family members and using this was easy peasy. Wastage was also pretty less. I use cotton balls in my ears everytime I run it, so cotton balls became a kitchen addition :P XD Citrus juicer doesn't feel too sturdy, but nevertheless, if I need to make orange juices, I would rather blend them with the skin.(unless I am sick and my taste buds have strong preference) But would I go out to buy it again when I need one more food processor? Hell yeah I will, without a second thought.
