新品表記でしたが新品ではありません。帽子やスカーフに髪の毛も数本ついていて気持ち悪く、帽子には口紅か何かの赤い汚れもありました。そもそもの外袋もボロボロで明らかに使用済みの商品で、本当に嫌です。新品に交換してほしいです。
