Q: What size are they? There is no size specifics

They run like regular shoe sizes, & fit well. I just order my regular size.

Q: Does the inside lining soften? I just got these and the inside is very scratchy.

I would say yes- quicken it up by running on delicate cold with some fabric softener and let air dry. I wash my shoes all the time. Don't throw in dryer! I don't think I've ever had a scratchy pair- same goes for skechers style Bob's. These by far are some of my favorite flats.

Q: How good are these for walking on a vacation?

I have an orthotic I add. But find these very comfortable. Be sure to break them in before you do a lot of walking but that’s any shoe.

Q: Will these be good while pregnant on summer days? My feet get swollen

I would think so. They are made of cloth so there's plenty of room for expansion. They don't provide a lot of support though but are very comfortable to wear all day.
