I have been using this product on and off for years whenever I see hair breakage. The product arrived in 2 days. The product has a strong odor, but stops breakage immediately when used correctly. I saturate my hair with the protein treatment and let it dry til it's hard. You then wash it out and apply the moisturizing treatment. I tend to deep condition my hair again after using this treatment. You don't need to use it often. I tend to use it once every 2-3 months. If you use this product too often, your hair may actually start breaking off from too much protein.
