It works great, but just becareful bc the straps stick to each other if your not careful I accidentally too 4 straps thinking it was one n it knock me out for a few hours best sleep ever ..

I bring these with me when I travel for work and have to sleep in hotels. They help me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep until my alarm goes off. No groggy after feeling unless I took it too late, which is user error only. Lol. I have purchased several times.

Convenient, easy to eat, and best of all - it works, and it works fast! I started using these to get over my jet lag, and I was surprised at how quickly it helped me fall asleep. Popped one in my mouth and within a few minutes, my eyes were feeling heavy. Is it a placebo effect? Whatever the case, it's a real miracle worker.

I was hoping these Unisom strips would help me get back to sleep without that groggy feeling but unfortunately, I still woke up feeling foggy for hours. They do help me fall asleep, and the cool mint flavor is pleasant, plus they dissolve easily (which I love). That said, I’m pretty sensitive to anything like this, so it might just be me. If you're not as sensitive to melatonin or sleep aids, these could work well for you. Just something to keep in mind if you're prone to feeling drowsy the next day!
