The issue was with packaging. Bottles were not securely sealed, and even with the plastic covering around them, some liquid got out of them both in transit. Apart from this issue, the product is very effective, does not damage plants and is easy to use. I have purchased it previously also and I have been please with results.

Being a senior citizen I do most cleaning, grass cutting, etc on my own. But I can't get 2 of my windows out of the casing to clean. My handy man tried last year and struggled, so I decided to read reviews and based on reviews, ease of use, and non harmful to my perennials, I purchased this window cleaner. Both windows have a screen on them which makes it even more difficult to clean. Given that, my windows are no longer an embarrassment to me! I first hosed down my siding and windows along with all outdoor plants. Then I proceeded; sprayed windows with the cleaner and waited the minute as directed and rinsed clean. It's not 100% but I'm not into perfection. It cleaned it about 90% and remember, I have screens on there too. I'm as pleased as I could be to not have awful spotty windows when the others are clean. Definitely recommend!

Worked better on the first level windows I could have just as easily done with Windex. It reached the second story windows but the clean was no good. Dried. With streaks all over, ended up paying to have them done professionally shortly after trying this

I do think this is a great product. I had a difficult situation, it works. I could see the grime loosen up when I did the application. I'll buy it again. It is very important to do cleaning when sun is not hitting the windows, cloudy days work also. This keeps the cleaner from drying to fast which could cause issues. Also important to wet windows first, then clean so cleaner can do it's thing. Finally, go from bottom to top then bottom with cleaner, wait a few minutes without allowing cleaner to dry, then rince from top to bottom. There are two different setting, one for rinse one for cleaning. I found switching settings a bit of a challange easily corrected with my on/off valve already on the hose.

I bought two bottles and they came separately and in two separate boxes. And both performed equally as badly, so I can only point to the product. There are open rings or vents, and as soon as I turned on the water, there was terrible spraying thru those vents, before reaching the nozzle. As I turned the nozzle to rinse, the spraying stopped at the vent area, but the water came out with no force, probably went about a foot, certainly nowhere near my window. I tried both bottles using different hoses and locations. So I opened the bottle and used the soap, a bucket, and a long extension mop to clean my windows the old fashioned, back-breaking way. The windows look clean, so I can say the soap is at least as good as Dawn dish soap.

Love this. Easy to use and wonderful Results. My husband was against this purchase. Said we have bad water that windows would spot streak and turn white. He had to apologize . I cleaned the sides of out house. And got down all webs and little bugs in the eves of our patio. Now I just have to do the inside. We live in the country, and our screens were so dirty,I could hardly see thru them. Now everything is clear and bright

This “ Rejuvenate high performance outdoor window wash” product works pretty good! My windows were pretty dirty so I let it soak for just a a few minutes then rinsed and that helped a lot. Just don’t let it sit more than a couple of minutes! Also a pro tip is to do this work at dusk when the sun and the heat are no longer an issue for the day. I say this because it is just easier, because when it’s too hot out, it reduces your “open time” to work with the product properly on your windows before it tries to dry on the windows and leave spotting. It’s hard when it’s too hot out and the product and or the rinse water dries too fast, Otherwise you may have spotting. It’s also never a good idea to put cold hose water on a very hot window! That could be a very expensive mistake leaving you with a shattered window.
