Review: Foundational Knowledge - This is one of the standard books referenced for all aviation instruction in almost every license and rating sought. A great supplement to the AFM (Airplane flying handbook) is the Pilots Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge (PHAK). Also pairing these book with Shepherd air is a fantastic resource.

Product photo is confusing - 2021 IS THE MOST RECENT EDITION AVAILABLE
The book is nice and large with thick pages and colorful pictures. No complaints about the print quality. You can the digital version for free from the FAA but I find this easier to read. There are a few minor errors in the text that I'm sure will corrected in the next edition. It should be pointed out that despite what the product image shows, the latest version of the handbook IS 2021. The real book does NOT have a "2024" sticker on the front. I figure they meant to point out that the book is still valid for 2024.

FAA Book
I know we have access to this and all materials for free on the FAA website but it’s so nice to have a physical copy to read. Only downside is that they shipped my booked with other items I ordered and they moved around and some of the corners got bent.
