Great camera - Up to 30 people in the room
Great camera - Up to 30 people in the room and everyone was able to be seen and heard when they had to speak. This has been our choice of camera for BOD and ELT meetings for now a year or so.Great video quality, mic quality and speaker works well.Yes, it is on the pricey side, but compared to others in the same price range (including the Owl) we loved this one better than others along the same price-point.Overkill if you use your laptop's camera for single person meeting although it works for that too. But for different types of meeting where multiple people are sitting around this works really well. I also have a conference camera that has an angle of 180º for meetings that works well if you don't have as much people, but this one just gives everyone the feeling of a very professional setup.

Quality video and sound, get a USB 3.0 extention cable
This unit works very well. When I installed initially, I didn't realize that you must push down on the center of the top to pop the camera up. Once that is done, you can then proceed to add it to your devices under windows settings --> camera and mic . Setup is fast and I have had no issues with speed of the setup or engagement. We use MS Teams. Great quality sound on both ends. Ideally, they would have provided a longer USB cable but it can be extended easy enough.

Very good product, but support is giving me problems....
@letsnexigo, I bought my second NexiGo Meeting 360 (Gen 2), 8K Captured. We liked the first one very much, but the second one came with a problem with the camera. It was badly assembled, and the camera did not pop up. I tried to replace via @amazon, but it won't accept because of schedule limit to returns (took me some time because I imported it to Brazil). I just need a replacement. I tried your website and submitted an inquiry, and I tried your phone, but no answer. Can you assist me? Device is in US now.

Ease of use
We use it in our conference room. It is very easy to set up right out of the box.

Amazing Webcam!
I have never had a webcam that was so equipped for conferences! It has the ability to zoom in and out of the from with face tracking! The HD video quality is amazing and the sound is almost as if it has an external mic! I love it

This is a piece of crap! I'd give it ZERO stars but it won't let me.
This is the biggest piece of garbage. We've never been able to use this other than the camera working from time to time and have never had audio for our conference meetings. What a huge waste of money this was....I'm sorry I ever purchased it.
