Clutch is super noisy and gaskets came broken.

This compressors clutch is very loud and scratchy when turned on. I put all brand new belts so I know it’s the clutch cause when I turn off the ac the sound goes away. Also the gasket that came with was broken and the o-rings were the wrong size. All unusable …
