Can i use a chemical exfoliator on top of this so for example i’m looking to get paula’s choice exfoliator. also should i use this before or after it?

Yes Paula’s choice treatment toner would work well withthe inkey face wash Theris also an inkey salicylic toner which I can also recommend if your trying to treat breakouts / Congestion
