Great product and very high quality. Read the book The Iodine Crisis and research Dr. Brownstein and Dr. Stephanie Buist. My 4 year old was showing signs of adhd and I was worried about the path we were going down with him. I REFUSE to medicate a child his age so I started digging relentlessly to find an answer and found it in Iodine deficiency. I started the protocol Dr. Brownstein recommends first to test it on myself and see results. I was completely blown away at how much it helped me. Everything. Energy, sleep, focus and concentration, anxiety, skin, and the list goes on and on. So I decided it was safe and started him on the protocol Dr. Buist did for her own children. After 2 months we are dealing with a totally different child. His focus is amazing, he doesn’t fidget, he can sit still and I swear his IQ is increasing by the day. Just writing this review makes me tear up about it. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found it. We are poisoned on a daily basis in this country, everywhere and all the time. I started taking a lose dose iodine (150mcg) to help with my cold feet. I noticed that my breasts got softer. I have lumps from my breast reduction surgery and hard breast issue. My breasts were hard ever since I started developing. It was just something I live with and monitored. I had no idea that was a potential benefit of taking iodine. I started researching the benefits of iodine and decided to purchase this product. I take about 12 mg A-day. I took the product for 2 weeks before my 1st cycle, on the iodine, started. I had decreased PMS, Zero cramping, And zero bloating. But for tracking my cycle, I probably would have had an accident because I had No symptoms. It just came on and was light!!!!! Little did I know, I was in for the surprise of a lifetime. My cycle was 75% less fluid. It was pretty much over by day 3. It had gotten to the point where I would go through one Box of ultra 26 tampons, per cycle, plus pads for bleed through. I am still on 1 box and I've had my 2nd cycle on iodine. For my 2nd cycle, I wasn't taking my iodine as regularly, as the first cycle. I kept reading about over use and wanted to pull back. I did not have any symptoms of too much iodine but you know how the main stream medicine can get to you. ANYWAYS.. My 2nd cycle had some cramps but nothing serious. You know like the kind of cramps you can feel in your feet? Absolutely nothing like that. No bloating, no extreme sugar cravings. I was LITERALLY unbothered by my 1st cycle. 2nd one was 1 of 10. I popped some extra iodine and helped my symptoms go away. My breasts are brand new! I don't recognize them. The fibrotic tissue is gone. They are softer and rounder. I have not noticed any sensitivity with my cycle. Soooo soft. I haven't been cold for a month now. My winter thermostat was on 78. I can keep it on 73 now. I read some stuff about B1 and iodine. Can't remember exactly but I take a bcomplex supplement and pop a b1 supplement 2 days week to keep a balance. I also take a liquid trace mineral solution every but I was doing that before the iodine. I called an ex friend, who I haven't spoken to in 5 years, to share this information. I am sharing it with every woman I know. Iodine is a GAME CHANGER. I have fibroids and cysts. I had them measured in October. I will update in 2 months (May 2023) to see if they are shrinking. I'm ecstatic to see if they go away. Oh boy! I am so excited.

This was suggested to me. I used it on my ladies because of pain. After two uses then pain went away. I was told you need to make sure your selenium is good for it to work properly. Will purchase this again as needed

This is a good product, although the taste is strong, it seems to be working great! Don’t take it at night 🥴

This iodine is thick and somewhat syrupy. I don't really know how it would be used, but it seems high quality.
