I'm using my second now. The first stopped working, so I threw it away. However, the second has also stopped working, and recharging the device brings it back to life. I now suspect that the first one didn't actually break; rather, I think it probably ran out of charge, and I failed to recognize the difference between needing a recharge vs. broken. It's a great toothbrush.

is disposable. It lasted m18 months, but for $15 it is a great buy because it does a great job. Frankly that's not a big issue for me. I don't mind replacing products like this every couple years. The thing that went wrong with this was the button. It's just getting harder and harder to press. It still works but not interested in pushing it through the floor :-)

Is anyone else's covered with a very thin film of black grease? (Shows up against the white model's outer plastic casing.) I can never wipe it fully clean of the stuff! I now believe it is gear grease that is slowly oozing through one of the seams in the plastic housing. Too late to return! Docking a star because these otherwise very serviceable toothbrushes are being sold by a company with a made-up name just like so many vendors on Amazon these days. That's how they avoid providing warranty service and bad reviews. My first one came from the original batch and lasted 3 years, quitting abruptly (roughly tapping it on the sink helped revive mine a couple of times) despite being fully charged. I still have 7 of the heads from that purchase which fit this one perfectly (because except for the colors, they're identical). Sad that so much electronic waste must thus enter our bulging landfills, but you cannot blame Chinese entrepreneurs for that. Meanwhile, at least my teeth and general dental health benefit from the sleek design, powerful motor and reliable vibrations! I just wish it would last longer than 3 years with barely 6 charges over that time period !!

I ordered this tooth brush a year ago I am back to buy toothbrush heads. I love this tooth brush

I bought this to replace a 4 year old sonicare that didn't work as well as it did when new. I have to say I'm super disappointed with tootheory, it's the worst toothbrush I've ever used including free ones on the airplane. The problem seems to be it won't charge. After it arrived I charged it overnight. I tried to use it but it had very little power, much less than the sonicare it was replacing. I tried charging it again with several different chargers and none seemed to work. There are several other reviewers with a similar experience so I would recommend staying away from this product

We really like these electric toothbrushes! We bought two of them, and they have been working great. The battery holds a charge very well and lasts a long time between charges. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend them!

Love it, gives a great clean. Great price and comes with 8 brush head and is small and not heavy. Has multi functions. However I find it a bit noisy.
