Sun-In with Lemon, Spray-In Hair Lightener, 4.7 Ounce by Sun-In

I dont care that its no longer the 90s, this is still my go-to post shower spray. It helps keep my blonde hair bright, without being yellow, especially in between salon appointments and touchups.

Having always been blonde and an outdoor person, I never had to use anything like this and never colored my hair. Now that I don’t spend as much time in the sun, my hair sometimes looks drab and is a dirty blonde with some dark red in it. I discovered that Sun In was still available, remembering that my friends in high school used it and started to use it regularly. When I started going to a new hairdresser, she asked me who does my color and said it was beautiful! She has told me that your hair color determines the color you get, and luckily my hair is very light sensitive, so the sun itself does a lot of the work but Sun In is really the star. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it and it can get dry and damaged easily, but Sun In does not seem to affect it using my regular shampoo and conditioner.

What can I say? I love my Sun In. I have been doing my own hair since COVID and this product has enabled me to NOT dye my hair or go to a salon. I hope it never changes.

This product is exactly how I remember it from years ago! I was looking to add a few beachy but natural highlights to my hair and I remembered this product....and it still works! I have put it in my hair (which is a light brown) a few times and my hair has definitely gotten lighter. Reading the instructions you can also use a blowdryer after application as well. Smell is ok, could definitely improve there, but it's not a game changer. Hair felt really soft after both usages which I was happy about as I didn't want it drying my hair out too much. Overall, if you're wanting natural blond highlights, this product works!

Works as advertised . Best to spray it onto damp hair , comb thru, and blow dry, or just let hair dry on it's own. Takes a while for the lightening effect to maximize, ( ie. Later in the day ). Lightened up my dirty blond hair with each use.

I had a little issue with the cap. I reached to seller and he was right on it to make it right! I was very happy with that! Thank you!! Love the product too! Can’t find it in the stores anymore. So I was glad to find it on Amazon

Great deal after 3 uses with a hair dryer my hair is 3 shades lighter starting from brown. Paired with purple shampoo it’s doing exactly what I needed it for and a great price

You get what you paid for, but I'd be lying if I didn't say my hair isn't falling out at a fast rate. I thought it'd be fine since my hair is curly, but it's getting thinner all the same.
