This is the skin of a killer, Catwoman

Is the cape bendable enough so he can sit without falling over?

Cape is bendable but the Batman can't sit. The legs don't bend enough.

Does this action figure fit on the mcfarlane dc batman movie drifter action vehicle (motorcycle), and wear the helmet that comes with it?

I believe that it "SHOULD" based on the scale, however, I personally haven't tried it because I keep all my figures and vehicles in the box. I hope it works out for you.
