How do you know which one to use???

It depends on the existing pressure. The shower I fitted mine on the pressure was that high it blew the handset off the riser rail. I therefore fitted the one with most reduction. It's a matter of trialling to see which works best.I ssh

I received a couple of these yesterday. There are two restrictors, one white and one blue. Can someone tell me which is the 6 ltr/min?

I used the one which gave me the greatest flow. I have the blue one spare, so the white has the greatest flow.

can this be fitted with a power shower?

yes it fits on hose outlet before shower head (not on inlet before pump) excellent product

Does anyone know for definate which colour gives 6l and which 8l getting conflicting answers. Both appear equal pressure to me

Both restrictors came in a little box marked with blue is 6L and white is 8L, I have only tried the white one so can't comment further, but the packaging clearly states the flow rate, hope this helps.
