Great Filter for Chlorine Pool
We bought this filter in a semi-emergency after our old filter kicked the bucket in spectacular fashion. We walked outside to see it shooting water 25ft across our yard. After realizing it had cracked around the filter housing, we knew we needed to find a new one, stat. We were looking to upgrade to a larger model with a higher flow rate- we previously had a Hayward S-190T sand filter, which is an 18" with a 1.9 square feet filter area and 22 gallons per minute per square foot filter rate. After reading and researching a *lot* of filters online, it looked like this Harris model would be an affordable upgrade for us, and wouldn't require an insurmountable piping reconfiguration. We purchased it, and it shipped quick - it arrived about 5 days before we expected it to. With some ancillary Home Depot/Lowe's runs for new piping, joints, pipe glue, and a second Amazon order for sand, we were ready to roll. The installation guide wasn't the most helpful document I've ever received, but overall the installation was pretty straightforward - there are a lot of youtube videos on pool filter installations that are very helpful. Myself and my husband were able to install it ourselves (we're pretty handy when we need to be). Since installation, the filter trucks through cleaning our pool a thousand times better than our old one. With a 20,000 gallon pool, this 24" is plenty of power. We have a 3/4 horse motor running it, which seems to be fine. Our pool gets clean significantly faster, and I expect to get many years of use out of it.

Great value sand filter
So far so good. I have been using this for about two weeks. I watched a YouTube video on how to install it. For the price it seems to be a quality item. I got the 24" and filled it with 150 lbs of Zeo sand. It takes 300 lbs of silica sand. I'm using 1.5 hp Hayward pump, and the flow is VERY strong.

Does the job on my 16,000 gallon inground pool
Very nice nd affordable, had a small issue with the backwash valve it came with a small hairline crack noticed after everything had been installed and ran the pool but reached out to the seller and immediately got back to me asked for some pics of the defects and right away shipped a new one.

Failed Filter
We bought this product and after nine months of actual use it sprung a leak at the seam soaking our pool room, and rendering our filtration system unusable in the height of summer. The company refuses to make this right and we are now incurring the cost of a new filter, unhooking the failed one and replumbing the new one all at our expense. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again!

Great Value compared to more popular name brand.
It looks exactly and it measures exactly as the filter tank it is replacing. We even used the old valve off the top of the old tank. It fit perfectly so we didn't have to reattach all the hoses. Also used the old base. Would highly recommend this product.

Best thing since sliced bread.
This tank, with 50lbs of zeo-sand keeps our pool amazingly clean. It was easy to install and I had no issues after reading all of the precautions for this tank. I.E. Use Silicon sealant, not plummers dope or pvc cement. I get a 50-56 gpm with this tank and a 1hp pump. With a 6200 gallon 18' pool, I backflush once a month even though don't have to. We are under trees and the pressure has never gone past 13 psi back pressure. If you want a clean pool and don't want to backflush every week, this is your tank.

Clear water, Weak stand
Works awesome! Crystal clear water, which was very high iron well water and orange stained. Only issue is the stand is not durable and cracked. I have it directly on the ground now. It works, but it may be more difficult to drain it since the drain plug is very close to the ground now.
