Ive been at it with this product for about five years now and energy is the name of the game. We are salt batteries, from the mitochondria level to the large organ level. Im extremely active 44M and hard on my body and will say that I dont really experience joint/muscle aches/etc. and additionally have recommended this product to many complaining of pre-arthritic symptoms of which magically disappear after a few days using this product. i love adding this to my teas, water, or any drinks. my favorite part is that it has no taste and doesnt interfere with what i am drinking. the only thing is that i tend to get headaches from this product but overall great product

I contemplated either writing this a 5 star or a 1 star. 5 star due to how much better it makes me feel through out the day. Took about a week for me to really feel a difference. I still only do 10-20 drops in a 48oz water bottle per day, but my morning brain fog? Gone. I don’t know how else to explain it other than I just feel so much better on the day to day. And I feel like water with the drops hydrates more than water without. So why the 1 star? Because dear golly this stuff has made it a struggle for me to get even “casual drunk” short of downing straight liquor to the dome. Beers or seltzers have practically no effect anymore. Although on that note, it is a fantastic hang over cure. A lil at night and the morning you won’t feel a thing. Anyways great product will be using it until further notice

I was feeling so tired I just wanted to sleep. I started using 10 drops of this in my morning coffee and my energy and feeling of well being have improved substantially! Seriously. Ive increased to 15 drops and am still feeling good! I recommend!

I’ve been using these trace mineral drops for years, and they’ve become one of my go-to products when I feel like I need help getting my hydration back on track. I originally started using them when I was extremely dehydrated, and I personally noticed a significant difference in how hydrated and refreshed I felt. The biggest thing I would recommend is starting small and following the serving directions. The flavor is very strong and salty, so using too much at once can make your drink pretty unpleasant. I found it much easier to gradually get used to the taste rather than starting with a larger amount. Also, learn from my mistakes and keep track of how many drops you’ve added. 😂 I’ve accidentally lost count more than once and added extra, and let’s just say I spent significantly more time in the bathroom than I planned that day. Too much definitely did not agree with my stomach. Pros: * I’ve personally used them for years * Helps me feel more hydrated * Leaves me feeling refreshed * Easy to add to drinks * A little goes a long way * Consistently works well for me * Great value considering how long it lasts Cons: * Very strong, salty taste * Takes some time to get accustomed to the flavor * Too much can cause digestive issues * Easy to accidentally add extra if you aren’t counting the drops Overall: These have been tried and true for me for years. The taste isn’t exactly something I look forward to, but I’ve gotten used to it by sticking with the recommended amount. They consistently help me feel better hydrated and refreshed. Just follow the directions and keep track of those drops, because accidentally doubling up is an experience I do not recommend. 😭

I have reverse osmosis filtered water in my house and have been taking this assuming that the recommended dose of 40 drops was replacing the minerals i was missing from my water. But even in that case, if thats what you want it for, the true dose for replacing lost minerals would be less than a QUARTER that. You might get up to 100mg of magnesium from normal tap water. If you are otherwise healthy and using this with non-filtered water, 40+ drops would be a pretty high dose of magnesium (potentially over 350mg). So just keep in mind that they are probably trying to get you to use more of their product than you probably need. Not a bad product, just be careful with how you use it.

The trace minerals were delivered on time in an attractive bottle. They're easy to take - simply by lightly squeezing 10-16 drops into a morning beverage. The first day I tried the trace minerals in a small glass of water and found the taste was quite bitter. The following I had my droplets of the minerals in my morning cup of ginger and cider vinegar tea, and the taste was indistinguishable from the taste of ginger and cider vinegar. I've been taking them for about 3 months now and can feel the benefits. My immune system seems strong - no colds or flu throughout the cold weather.

The taste is kinda strong when you are on the full dose, so make sure to add it to a full cup of your favourite drink to be diluted properly.

I recommend having it in fresh fruit juice to hide the flavour as it doesn’t taste great. And also having it with food or after food as did make me feel nauseous whilst my body was becoming accustomed to it. Otherwise highly recommend
