How do you turn on the Bluetooth

You have purchase the Sena unit separately.

Ok. Description says bluetooth compatible slot but features and benefits says no bluetooth compatable slot?

The helmet's slot is compatible only with a Sena SMH 10 or similarly shaped Sena device. There is a difference between a regular Sena SMH 10 universal helmet kit versus the kit made specifically for the DLX series of Bell helmets just to let you know.
