I have severe osteoarthritis in my back, neck and shoulders. My brother and my sister both got this device and swear by it. Neither have had back issues since they started using it. Saying that, they both use it on a regular basis, I do not. I have not been proactive as I should which is why I haven't had the complete success that they have. When I am having moderate pain, which is pretty often, and I use it, I can feel the stretch and then my back immediately feels better. Sometimes my back goes out with no warning and I have severe pain which hinders my walking abilities as well. When I have full blown pain in my back, I didn't find this effective. My goal is to start using this daily when I am having little to no pain like my brother and sister do, to see if I can prevent throwing my back out. My sister has the same issues and has not thrown her back out since she began using it, so I believe there is hope. Overall, I think it is a good tool and you can definitely feel the stretch with very little effort using it. I would recommend it.

My PT Dr recommended this device to stretch my back. It works as intended but after 2 days the adhesive failed on the cushioning piece and just keeps falling off.

I purchased this at the recommendation of my chiropractor. It has really made a difference in my over-all back pain relief. It is very easy to use and is made of strong metal so it will hold up over time. I was really surprised at the progress I have been able to make and it is good to feel like an active member of my back pain relief.
