Yes, they are dishwasher safe. I’ve washed them several times in the dishwasher.

Are the Handles on the spoons labeled with the measurements?

The handles have the ML measurements but not cups. I labeled mine. They are 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup and 1 cup measures. I love them.
