Looking for: 120 v~, 60 hz (t 4.0 ah 250 v) fuse ...would this be the same?

Yes, but there are two types. Fast acting, and time delay. Research what your need will be

Will this fit in a EV 15inc power speaker?

I am not 100% sure. I got them for my Cerwin vega speakers.

The description says these will also work on 125v. Is that true? If so, why is it listed as 250v?

Fuses are labeled with a maximum operating voltage using a 250v rated fuse on a 125v system is perfectly fine. Using a 125v fuse on a 250v system isabsolutely wrong.

Is this the same as a replacement for a t4al250vp fuse? i'm just not sure what the 'p' means since it's not showing up in the item name or description

I am not knowledgeable in the subject matter. I repair my tools as Do It Yourself person. Im not familiar with the electronic compatability. I just replaced the burnt fuse with the one that was the same number. Thx JB
