This device really does Rock. It's one of the smaller most brightest flashlights I've ever seen, but what I like most about it is I keep it as a backup light and I keep it on the charger. When it's on the charger you can still use it. Not only that, but you can pull a charge from it so you don't lose your USB outlet. In other words, if you have this thing plugged in, it's sitting on the seat of your car. You can use it while it's charging and you can also use its outlet for another USB device. If you have to unplug it from the main supply, you can still draw on the battery. For your other device, let's say your cell phone. So if you're following me correctly, you can realize that this is a very handy, very bright light with many useful features. I highly recommend it in every aspect. It's a good safety. My old flashlight of 20+ years finally died, so I had to buy a replacement. I needed something that was very bright to see the edge of our property into the trees for wildlife at night. We let the dog out late at night for her last potty break before bed, so want to make sure there are no hostile animals in the yard. This one is absolutely wonderful! By pulling on the lens area, it will go wide or focused. The focused beam is very bright and goes at least 200 feet into our trees. The advertised lumens in over-stated, but the flashlight is still really bright. So bright that I do not recommend to shine in anyone's eyes... I also love the rechargeable function. No need for batteries. We used it quite a few nights as well as helping me install a dashcam in my car and it retained 75% of its charge. Love it!

This flash light is not your typical flash light. Before one even opens the box, you will know this is well made. I was impressed by the weight of it, about 8 inches, made of steel and a sharp looking design. i just moved to a rural area and found this to be a must have when walking my dog, don't want to unexpectedly encounter a bear, so I turn it on and scan the designated area. Amazing- the power of this light with its convex designed lens. At about 15 feet away the bright beam had a radius of of close to 20 feet and illuminated almost the top of most trees. This along with the pocket size air horn also purchased from Amazon makes me feel a little more at eased when strolling with my pet. Germany turns out superior products. I would recommend this.

Upon first using this flashlight, it was apparent that, although it was very bright, the 90,000 lumen claim was extraordinarily exaggerated. That said, because I bought this flashing on a lightning sale, for $24.99 (minus an additional 10% discount), I thought I would probably keep it rather than hassling with a return. However, the blue charge indicator lights seemed to work only twice (after about three attempts at charging). Even then, all four blue LED indicators would never illuminate. The light then began to flicker, as if there were a loose connection inside the light. Shaking it would occasionally restore brightness temporarily. Eventually the light became continually dimmer, until today it stopped working entirely. I have since read other reviews that indicated poor batter life for this flashlight. So possibly this was a manufacturing defect or perhaps there is a design flaw, which does not allow proper charging. In any case, it is not worth my time trying to get this flashlight to work. I will be returning it and buying one that is hopefully of much better quality. While it was initially very bright, it was maybe 50% brighter than other similar flashlights, for which I paid only $10.

UPDATE 11.1.2024: downgraded to 4 stars. I dropped the light and the on/off switch broke. I replaced with a small stick and duct tape. Now the light just stops working randomly. I suspect there is a broken wire inside from the original drop. As a replacement I'm buying one of the 990,000 lumen flashlights off Amazon. #1 problem: poor operating instructions. No mention of how to zoom the light from wide angle to narrow beam. All my previous flashlights were twist focus. I was ready to send it back as non-functional until a family member happened to pull on the light and it zoomed in. Very bright light, great USB charging port, I was expecting it to be brighter,

The brightness is very good, machining on the body excellent, and the body has a good weight for its size. Not overly heavy, but in close quarters it could help with delivering a good punch as a deterrent. The only drawback I noticed was the on/off switch is a little small for my large fingers. I wish it were a little larger or more prominent, however this would not prevent me from buying it again. Charges rapidly with the included USB cord, and small enough to carry in a jacket pocket or fanny pack.

Great flashlights. I have a couple of flashlights but this one is my favorite. When I hold it, I could feel it was well-made and durable. What impressed me is its brightness. I compared it with another one marked with 90000 lumens, but obviously, this one is brighter. It comes with a large rechargeable battery. I fully charged it and have used it for almost two weeks with only 25% power used. I am very satisfied with its performance and it's worth the money!
