Part was easy to find
And it was very easy to install

so this is what new looks like... i like it.

Crap
All parts fit but, new doesn’t mean it’s any good. Cable is soo stiff it wouldn’t move. Greased and lubed installed and worked 4 times. Same result. The cable was obviously never tested. Ordered Pioneer cable, it’s slick.

Shifter cable
The cable do not fit Ford explorer maybe explorer trac but not Ford explorer

Not that great of quality went into making it
First two pictures are of original shifter cable and plastic body mount and second two pictures are of new shifter cable from seller and where the plastic body mount is supposed to go. Also the original cable has a great heat shield as where the one I got from seller has very cheesy and poor heat shield. Hopefully my shifter cable won't melt.

Not for a 2002 Ford Explorer
It DOESN’T work on a 2002 Ford Explorer. I had to return it and get the correct one , but it was twice the money for the one that fit.
