Will fit woods spring count down timer

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with your specific application. For mine, as it arrived it didn't fit my application. Too small. But I took a drill and enlarged the hole slightly to fit the stem of my appliance and it has worked out fine.

Sorry, I wouldn’t know about your specific item. It actually did not fit my item but I enlarged the hole on the backside with a drill bit and it’s worked very well for quite some time.

Does this come with the metal shaft?

No. It is just the plastic knob that slips onto the metal shaft of your switch.
