Will this work for rear lights

This is strictly for use with Camaro fog lights. It is a great product with factory color matched wires. I was impressed with the quality and fit.

Does this work with a 2015 Non RS?

Unfortunately it's adaptability only reaches to 2013 after that the wire connection ends changes (or the wiring configuration) from the next model year. So the answer is No -it will not fit your 2015.

Will this also allow my halos to stay on?

No this will make your day running lights/fog lights stay on all the time .the look your going for you will need to turn on your light switch ones that will turn on your halos and the fog lights will be on all the time.
