What the run time if I use this battery on a lawn mower

That's very dependent on the specific mower, whether self propelled is used or not, and how long AND thick the grass, etc. Best to use about 75% of what ego recommends for your mower. Ie if Ego says 45 min runtime, budget about 34 mins

Does ego make a 4ah battery? Can’t find it in their store

I believe the closest one is a 4.5 amp hour battery.

Battery came with Security device attached to plastic cover. Can we remove it without causing any surprise ::-)

Not sure Mine didn’t come with that Perhaps you should return it and get one with the security tag already removed
