I am receiving something different than pictured and amount of ingredients is different?

I did too. I received prunelax in a red labeled bottle. Like Ibistech said, the bottle has half of the dosage pictured, Example the senna leaves ingredient in the pictures says 960 and the bottle I received says 480. Not happy at all.

Yes, it has an expiration date. The ones I bought have the expiration date of : November 2016.

Yes there is an expiration date. Mine is in 2023. I'm sure each bottle and lot has it. Always contact the vendor.

Which is more gentle prunelax ciruelax or major senna 8.6 mg?

I find senna harsher on the gastrointestinal system and Prunelax to be gentle on the gastrointestinal system. We have been using Prunelax for years.
